Tired to the bones is how I would explain todays class. Not much more to say than after a couple of strong days there will be days that are not so strong, like today. There will come stronger days again, hopefully tomorrow.

I normaly practice Bikram 5-7 times a week, but in the summer a lot less as I am usually sailing a lot with my family on our small sailing yacht.
When the fall starts I'm back stronger, happier and full of energy!
