Went to the 11 am class and still had some corners in my stomach and thought that it would be a tough class. Lined up in the back. On the contrary it was a good class, not strong-strong but a solid class with nice practice even if some of the spine strengthing postures where hard on the stomach.
After class I got an hour of classical Swedish massage for my back and shoulders. It was needed. The masseuse she worked hard on my stiff back and shoulder muscles.
I had a happy moment in Standing Bow, the woman in front of me sat down and I got a full view of myself from the back of the room and I could se that I have lost some cm around my stomach.
I wish that the day would have some more hours to have time to do all the things I want to do during the weekend. The time just flies by.
