Tuesday, I am starting to feel like myself again, knowing what to do at work and starting to find my new normality. No headache today. Got a massage (company benefit to get 2 hours a month).
I asked the masseuse to work more on my legs and lower body today, and she did. When she was working on my glutus muscle she said I probably be a bit sore tomorrow as I was breathing into the pain. She had put her elbow with all weight onto one of the trigger points.
Still a bit weak today but stronger than yesterday. My strength will come back in a couple of days. So I worked on small things today, like really aligning my toes and feet.
After class as I was walking to the subway I could feel how I could breath more deeply and my lungs expanding. Great feeling.
