I normaly practice Bikram 5-7 times a week, but in the summer a lot less as I am usually sailing a lot with my family on our small sailing yacht.
When the fall starts I'm back stronger, happier and full of energy!

The studio started a 30 day challenge today so I will do that one as well, and then I will do just some more days after the 101 is over.
