Day 73, creating a positive spiral

Doing yoga this many days in a row and working hard every day will create a positive spiral. I have thought about this a while as I have watched instructors and others who do daily practice, as they hardley ever stand out a posture.

Working hard -> gives more muscles and strength -> more energy to work with -> working harder ->

Every time I even think of not doing a posture I think of this and how it will stop the positive spiral and add to the negative one instead. When the spiral is above a certain level it needs a lot to break the spiral.

It’s the same with the intensity in the postures. Working intense today will give tomorrows posture a easier start.

    Indeed you can create a positive spiral. I take it this is one of the side effects you’ve noticed from Barcelona? I’ll try to keep this in mind when I next feel like sitting something out.

      Not really from Barcelona, more on a larger view during the entire challenge, working harder one day makes it easier the next day, even if there is a yoga-truck.
