I had a good and strong morning class even if I was a bit stiff in the begining,
Played a bit with the upper/lower body working differently and yes there is something about it. It will take some time to get it into every pose but that is ok.
Giving my hamstrings a little rest by not stressing them whilst going into forward bends and really taking care of them in any situation, they feel better.
