In Savasana quiet voice in the brain: “I don’t want to do Cobra pose today, I am a bit tired and feel a bit week, do I really need to do Cobra?”
Other voice in brain “Sure thing you will do Cobra and ALL the other spine strengthening postures!”
First voice: “But I have been working soooo hard in the standing series, I need a break.”
Other voice: “You do? You will get what you need!”
First voice: “Oh, you are so nice.”
Other voice: “Haha! Let’s go into Cobra and work hard! That is what you need!”

I normaly practice Bikram 5-7 times a week, but in the summer a lot less as I am usually sailing a lot with my family on our small sailing yacht.
When the fall starts I'm back stronger, happier and full of energy!
