On my way to the yoga studio I saw a small young bulldog, it was kind of cute and I thought about the bulldog strength and then during class during the spine strengthening the teacher told us to use the “bengal bulldog tiger animal strength” and I saw an elephant instead. If you have read my blog for a while you know for some year ago that I saw a little tiny mouse when one of the other teachers said that I need to find the inner animal.
An elephant is a nice animal, they have a great memory, they usually walk instead of running and drink upto 200 liters of water. I could be an elephant.
On Sunday I am going to London for a conference and during those days I will be doing my 30 day challenge in a studio there. I found a studio kind of close to our hotell and it will be a great challenge to fit in my daily yoga into the trip but also fun.
