It is so easy but so hard

Back home again in my home studio and as I said it is time for me to start working on my breath.

To breath properly. To let go. To dare and kill myself.

Relax in the throat, the tongue, and the chest. Let the heart beat, to pound, and if it wanted to jump out of my chest and in the worst case scenario, to faint.

So easy but so hard, but so great when I do it.

I have been so scared of letting go of this tensions and instead holding back, but what I have experienced this two days have been something totally knew.

  1. Good for you! Usually, the things that seem the easiest (like, say, BREATHING) are definitely the hardest. But, you’re trying. And you’re trying the right way. And that makes all the difference.
