This is about me and my Bikram yoga practice. But mostly it is about all the thoughts and insights that I get as I practice and need to elaborate a bit on to let them sink in.
I have so many things in my head after each class that I just need to write down so they will leave my head and while following some blogs I have slowly grown in to the thought that I would start one my self. And here it is.
For those of you who don’t know me, I live in Stockholm, Sweden, I’ve been practicing Bikram-yoga for about 5 years, the last 3 years at least 3 times a week, but mostly 5 – 7 times. I started to do Bikram yoga to heal my very painful back and shoulders and my body just loves it and so do I.
Beside the yoga I used to practice Japanese budo (Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu) and the budo and yoga has a lot in common, even if the path to get there is totally different.
