I normaly practice Bikram 5-7 times a week, but in the summer a lot less as I am usually sailing a lot with my family on our small sailing yacht.
When the fall starts I'm back stronger, happier and full of energy!

The crack in my back yesterday was a good crack, I feel more open in my chest and can move my head more. Nice morning class and then out to the boat to fix.
